Called in wombwell branch yesterday where we were greeted by keeley she guided us through searching different hotels of our preferred destination with expertise and gave us valuable advice sorted everything out for us .all staff were chaty and pleasant overall happy experience will definitely call again

I’ve booked two holidays now with Debbie who works at my local travel agents in Wombwell, attention to detail was second to none and will be booking all my future holidays with her.she was constantly keeping me updated with price changes and was amazing with keeping me updated with options on holidays.

Richard is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He’s very patient too because I always have plenty of questions to ask. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I can call him anytime.

We visited Wombwell branch and the lady agent called Paige helped us with our holidays. We went again to book another one and she was so helpful polite friendly and so knowledgeable and advised us . We will definitely use Hays again and hopefully see Paige again .all the staff where very friendly and we have recommended them to our family and friends 🧡

Great atmosphere on entry to shop staff all lovely explain all what you need yo nonabout you holiday and customise it all that you need

Phoned wombwell branch spoke to Richard he found us a great holiday gave us 3 choices we went up a couple of days later and got it booked large party too xx

Really helpfull. Met what we wanted and met the best price we found. Offered free drinks while booking a nice touch when spending loads on a holiday a nice touch and feel appreciated.

Booked Disneyland Paris for 4 of us yesterday with Nicola who was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and non judgemental. Would not hesitate to book with her again. Thank you for everything

Fantastic service from hays travel, we had a lovely young lady book our holiday at the Wombwell branch, she was very polite and well mannered, we showed her a hotel that we had found online we liked, she found it straight away and she managed to get us the holiday for a really good price, gave us lots of information about the hotel and answered all of our questions !!! 5⭐️ from me, thank you hays travel
