Hays Travel - Wisbech Anmeldelser 

We booked a holiday based on the information that was supplied to us by Hays. We accepted that the information was accurate and had no reason to doubt it. The information said that the hotel had a covered walkway and was within walking distance of the terminal. For us, booking the holiday was dependent on this fact as flight times were early and late. We booked. After checking with the airport hotel the next day, it was discovered that this information was completely wrong. The hotel was a 45minute walk from the terminal along the public road. (Novatel) We cancelled our booking as we did not wish to be reliant on taxis as we had previously been let down with similar flights. We lost our £120 deposit. In future, Hays would be wise to check such important information. The assistant, had no reason either to doubt the information and was doing her best to fulfil our needs.

Another fantastic experience with Alishia. I’ve always wanted to holiday in Canada and Alishia has found me the perfect trip. She gave lots of advice regarding the different cities I wanted to visit and made sure the trip covered everything I wanted to do. Advice also given about visas and passports. We also talked about airport hotels and parking but as we are not going until 2027 I will book it nearer the time. Thank you for helping me plan part of my bucket list.
