I booked a holiday at Hays Travel on Friday. It was a rather complicated booking but the staff were very helpful and patient and answered all my queries. I even had a cup of tea with them.
I have booked with Hays for many years and have never had any problems .

Great accept there was no transfer organised on the return . Had transfers on arrival not sure what went wrong
No transfers on way home had to pay for taxi . Transfer was available going but not coming back not sure what ha spend . Had to pay for a taxi £40

Last minute challenge!
We were wanting to get away very last minute. Our options were limited but Ellie (Widnes office) worked tirelessly to find us something that would suit us. Very patient, determined and helpful.
