As a wheelchair user its difficult to find a suitable holiday which is as accessible as possible the lady who helped us was brilliant and told us which were not suitable and did not try to sell us something we were unable to do which has happened before with a different travel agent so she was very good!

Nicola spent quite a lot of time once again helping us sort out our holiday for a return visit to Florence good flights private transfers and back to our favourite hotel👍
