Relaxed Holiday Planning
Although clealy having a busy day, the Hayes representative (Tuesday) allowed us all the time we needed to discuss our holiday proposals & answer our various questions. We were therefore able to make an easy decision with her advice and guidance and look forward to our perfect holiday.

Book all our cruises with Hays, always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Just pre-booked our 2028 cruise with Rachel, Rachel has booked a few of our cruises and checked us in before boarding. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
