Thank you to Simon and Skye for all your help booking our next cruise. We always use Hays Travel in Westbourne as nothing is too much trouble even when we had to change one of the cabins to a different one 5 mins after booking!

I always have very good friendly service from Westbourne branch. The staff always try their best to find us the perfect holiday.

Paula was extremely helpful and came up with some things I hadn’t thought about. She also dealt with paperwork for me. Very knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. I intend to use this office rather than go online which can be frustrating, particularly when you can’t actually speak to a person.

Having tried booking online, my friend and I resorted to Hays Travel, Westbourne. We experienced professional help, courteous behaviour in a warm, welcoming environment and Skye was a pleasure to deal with. She found us exactly what we wanted, sorted, booked all done with a smile.
