Extremely patient and helpful
Extremely patient and helpful. Hayleigh spent a great deal of time finding me the cruise I wanted, the cabin I wanted and also places I wanted to visit. I was sent details of the places ships would visit. Most importantly the dates I wanted and it all tied in beautifully.

Fantastic!
I was nervous at first because it's my first ever solo travel.
But then that I got seen by a samantha in the warrington branch and we are so on the same waves, she put me at ease straight away!
She got me. the best deals we chatted, she explained everything well and even answered my stupid questions. She really did look after me.
And i'm going in the day after with my passport! Now I am really excited! Sam was fabulous 😁

We booked a P&O cruise on launch day and Kayleigh was very helpful with our requests for room number and specific dining options, she phoned back rather than keeping me hanging on and waiting, nothing was to much trouble for her.
