The ideas and help that was given after lots of emails back and forth with Ellie and Indian and houng in to finalise our booking.

Everything was sorted by India for the holiday booking! She was very patient making sure we had the best deal! Victoria was great sorting the travel card and explaining the app! Well done girls!

They did not check our travel documents from the tour company before they gave them to us. They were incorrect as they had the same booking flight references for 2 seperate flights with different airlines. Took a long time to resolve. When sorted I was told I could not check in on-line which was incorrect! Our seats on both flights were apart. It would have been better to book direct.

This was the first time we have been in a travel agents for probably 25 years but I can promise we will go back rather than try to do ourselves as we have in the past. Ellie-Mae looked after us and spent a very enjoyable 2 hours going through everything and making sure we were entirely comfortable before we committed. The only down side was that it cost me some money!

Ellie in Wareham was so helpful. Was such a lovely experience booking our cruise. Went through all of the details with her and she explained everything to us. Very happy.

Great service from Ellie Mai..very knowledgeable & given a friendly warm welcome. Her experience of a visit aboard Queen Victoria really helped us make our decision to book our mini cruise with Cunard.
