Hays travel as usual the staff were very friendly and helpful making sure that we got the best deal possible. Laurie was brilliant and made sure that we were happy with our booking. Laurie and one of her colleagues Shannon put our mind at rest about our choice of hotel as we had never been there before telling us that another colleague had just returned from there saying how brilliant it was

Although there were problems trying to book the holiday we had chosen the member of staff who dealt with us soon resolved the problem and our holiday was booked. The staff at the Walsall branch are all very helpful and friendly.
