Love going in to the Wallasey Branch, all the stsff are so friendly, welcoming and nothing it too much trouble, especially the branch manager Laura. You can see that they all love what they do which makes booking a holiday with them effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I was greted as soon as I entered the shop and offered a seat, unsure of where I wanted to holiday there was no rush Sue went through various options until I was happy with the accommodation and destination.

Booking. staff and the service was really good

Went in to enquire about a cruise, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, they changed the flight I was offered by the cruise line to a much better route and time. Spent time looking at ships deck plan, to find a good cabin.
Could not be happier.
Wonderful experience, will definitely use this shop again.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient

Considering I was booking such a large family group for a holiday in August 2027, and wanted a lot of specific rooms I was given so much time, and help, to get it all sorted and booked. Nothing was to much trouble for the lady who sorted everything. Everything was explained fully. So grateful for getting everything I wanted.
