All the staff at Hays in wakefield are lovely from the staff booking the holiday to sorting out my holiday money, cash & cards. They always give good advice & help when booking my holidays. The booking process is great, the staff always ring to let me know when I need to do anything.

Very friendly staff even when its extremely busy they acknowledge you there and get seen as soon has they can.
Because we are previous used hays they still had our details so made it a very smooth process

New Cruise Booking
When I arrived I was met by Sam who was very helpful and knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and help me sort it out vey quickly. The office was very welcoming, clean and tidy. The booking process was easy and straight forward.
