Victoria is an absolute star
Well what can I say about Victoria. I have booked 3 previous holidays with Victoria so decided to contact her again when I wanted to have a holiday in lanzarote, giving her details of our requirements. She provided me with a choice of hotels with a list of pros and cons of each for me to decide which one I preferred. Once I made my decision, she quickly and professionally made our booking and provided me with the confirmation. She also advised me that she would contact TUI to arrange assistance at the airport which was a great help during our most recent holiday. Victoria is a credit to the company for her dedication and professionalism.

Great service by Victoria. She was really helpful in the booking stage at getting back to me with the information I needed. She was prompt at sending me the confirmations. Really friendly travel agent I would definitely use again!

Victoria at Hays Travel was fantastic! She listened to my needs and tailored our travel package to ensure that these were fully met. She also helped arrange assisted travel as we are travelling with a relative with mobility issues. Highly recommend Victoria and she looked for additional savings to ensure we stayed within our budget! Thank you from the Cook & Goldsmith family
