Grace at Ulverston was very friendly, patient and helpful.
We gave her a brief of the type of holiday we were looking for and she was very proactive. When we changed our minds she was very patient and kept looking for our perfect holiday. She kept in touch and updated us about everything

Booked a P & O cruise last week. Was an issue getting our requested cabin due to computer problem but staff member sorted this out brilliantly with a direct phone call to P & O. Always helpful. Cruise booked although with a line they don’t book with often (Celebrity) so was a learning curve for them too! Feel confident if something goes wrong they are there to help!
