I like to book at a certain store as the staff are really friendly I have always booked there when they have been under different travel agent names too

The staff at Hays were absolutely amazing,

Wonderful, friendly service from the Tonypandy branch
All of the staff are so friendly and helpful in the Tonypandy branch. We popped in to sort out our cruise check in and ended up booking a trip to Canada and ordering currency for our Caribbean cruise. Lesley was amazing sorting everything out for us, and we were there so long, Leanne made me a cup of tea 😂
