A warm welcome as we entered the building. Helpful in finding the cruise that we wanted to book. The assistant needed to ask someone else about some questions we had but that was ok. Straightforward booking and setting up payment.

Great Holiday booking service
We were greeted with a lovely smile by a young lady called Charley, we explained what we wanted and she ran us through a few options, finally we picked the holiday we wanted, All the way through the process Charley was very helpful, pleasant, & professional.
