Always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else. The staff at the Tavistock branch are brilliant.

Brilliant advice and knowledge
Had to book at short notice due to change of circumstances and Laura was brilliant making all the information I needed available. Gone from no holiday this year to leaving in a few weeks.

IMPRESSED
Used the Tavistock branch, first time using Hays but they had the hotel we wanted, always used TUI before.
Excellent service from the start, I gave the hotel, dates, room requirements and flight I wanted, booked easily.
Followed up with trip details I requested a few days later.
Most importantly was the price which will make me consider using Hays next year.
The app is brilliant, everything is loaded on with just a reference number.
