This time I just popped in for passport check and travel insurance, but it's always a pleasure and never a chore. Kirsty and all her team are always friendly, smiley and helpful. I've booked several holidays with Hays and every booking has been a good experience. And great holidays!

Excellent customer service. Nirali is very knowledgeable. She explained everything very clearly to us and matched the online price for our holiday.

Would not go anywhere else! First rate service every time! Always happy to help and in the Syston branch they all go that extra mile…this is my 4th holiday booked with them in the last year! Quality service and such lovely, friendly staff, who all go over and above!
