Booking our holiday was excellent and Caroline was very helpful.
It has been difficult getting our insurance sorted, trying to do it over the telephone has not been possible, now we will have to travel to Stranraer and get it sorted.

Fantastic service. Staff know their jobs and do their upmost to find you the ideal holiday. Being disabled I was worried about getting something that would suit myself and my teenage kids. I shouldn’t have worried as the staff member took her time and found us a holiday that not only suits our needs but also our budget.
