The staff at Hays are always helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We always use Hays and Lesley went out if her way to achieve the best holiday which suited us. Highly recommended.

Excellent response from Lesley to our holiday request via a telephone call from the comfort of our armchairs at home. Holiday sorted to Majorca at an excellent price on our preferred dates. Lesley was so efficient and helpful and also reviewed alternative dates. So so pleased with our booking.

Very easy process to book a holiday! Stress free and the best deal was found. I didn’t realise Hays price matched any cheaper deals found. Thank you very much to the lady who helped me! You were fab! It was my first time in a travel agent and I was made feel at ease.

We had already discussed with Diane (Stocktonheath branch) what we wanted prior to going in ,Diane was waiting for us and had the information needed on different flights….so we booked them.We also downloaded the Hays app and then Diane told us to call in closer to our departure to arrange either a money card or cash…..All in all a superbly smooth process.

Laura was great. She found us a flight with great flight times on a slightly different day than the one we had first thought of. Even came with a better hotel room. Many thanks

The staff at Hays Travel are very welcoming and helpful. It is also very useful to have a bureau de change in Hays’ premises.
