Hays Travel - Southend Anmeldelser 

We’ve been using Hays Travel, Southend, for the past 5-6 years. All of the staff are lovely and just make the whole process so easy. We usually book with Olivia, who is fab and always responds quickly, whether we call or email.

I was charged £145 more than i could have got the holiday on line.Olivia offered a £50 refund which i accepted but i am not happy about it,as a pensioner every pound counts,probably will not use Hays again.

We had made an error when booking with Amber, at the Southwnd on Sea branch.
After a conversation the following day, with Olivia, we felt we had been listened to, and our concerns had been dealt with very professionally.
Olivia had managed to get us a full refund on our booking, which was a massive relief.

Amber then helped us book, explaining all we had asked for was available, and all charges where included. All organised through the tour operator of our choice.

The whole experience, from our mistake, to booking what we wanted was handle with a brilliant attitude and very professional manner.
All of the staff were helping us where they could.
The service supplied has been excellent.

I have been booking my holidays at Hayed Travel Southend for a few years now. The staff are so very friendly and know me well now I feel like they are friends and they always give excellent customer service and sort out my neefs with out any problems. This also goes for Danie in the foreign exchange bureau. I would not go anywhere else
