Our booking process was really good. This is our second recent holiday booked with hays. Our agent at Skegness Rubi was very helpful. Our last holiday booked at Hays went very smoothly and was amazing.

Very helpful and knowledgeable
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Spent plenty of time looking for the right cruise for us, even suggesting ideas that we hadn't thought of.
Gave us an extra discount, making it better than going direct.
Don't usually use a travel agency, tend to book on line, but would definitely use them again in the future.

Madison was lovely, polite, very helpful and knowledgeable, after the holiday was booked she gave us some extra advice about holidays to Disney Orlando, all the staff in the Skegness branch are also lovely and polite, they are a credit to your company, if we can help it we never book with anyone else. Hopefully this review will get passed on the the staff at the Skegness branch.

Well once again you beat a major contender in the holiday market on price for the exact same holiday by just over £400 no wonder I keep coming back to you. Even tui’s price matching promise is a bit of a gimmick, they said that because they didn’t use jet 2 it didn’t apply. At least Hays is the real deal. Thanks again.
