Lynn made everything easy for me to understand as I am travelling solo sorting out assistance as well for me when I go back in on Thursday definitely recommend. Oh the coffee wasn't to bad 😏

Great service from Lea at Hays Sidmouth
Great service from Lea, who advised, and helped research the best hotels and location for our city break.
Lea also helped us book our P&O cruise for later in the year, again, very knowledgeable and helpful.
A great service all round.

Excellent service…
We knew what we were looking for and the agent, Lynn, managed to find us the holiday that suited us. We were not hurried and were given a cleat understanding of what we were getting and what the alternatives would were.
We usually book using Hays Travel because of the service we receive, they have never let us down.

The rep listened to what we wanted, was able to explain things clearly, was able to liaise with the holiday provider by telephone so we could have a 3 way discussion, and was able to provide advice / suggestions. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I knew where I wanted to go and the cruise I wanted but never having done a cruise before was not sure about cabins. This was explained clearly to me. I then went home with all the info and when I went in to book and again well explained and was helped getting on to the web site to see all the details of the holiday
