Friendly staff and helpful
Friendly staff and helpful. Felt individual as they remembered me from booking a holiday a few years ago. Not all members of staff had been trained to help with my particular request but there was someone who was able to help within the team.

Fantastic experience using a travel agent for first time
Aaliyah in the Sheerness branch was amazing! Very patient with us and our million questions! Quick to respond on email (even if it was just an acknowledgement to say she has seen our email and will get back to us ASAP), knowledgeable, professional and kind! She is a credit to your company!

Quick but professional
