Had to visit Shanklin branch to arrange insurance on the holidays booked for this year with hays travel. Sarah as usual made the whole thing done professionally but friendly. The whole team at Shanklin branch always friendly and helpful.

Teresa at Hays in Shanklin was very helpful in booking our holiday for us.
Normally we struggle to achieve everything we require. Teresa went far and beyond to help us. We came away feeling very relaxed and excited. I also went in at a later date to change some details. It was done instantly. Thank you and well done
