Great that Jo Almond knew about Crete and could recommend it etc.

Chelsea was extremely helpful, listened to what I wanted at my first visit. When I went back to book she made it happen. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcomed my rather large dog into the shop.

Unfortunately the assistant made a mistake on the booking, which when rectified resulted in a £2000 price increase.
We did eventually get a booking but was not what we had originally wanted

We have always been well looked after in booking our holidays with Haynes. Very friendly staff who often suggest tweaks to our requirements not known to us.
We do highly recommend them to others.

5 star experience on arrival , Wanted to book some flights to go to Canada to see my family ,they were very helpful and managed to beat any price I have seen on comparison sites as well as booking direct with the airliner , will definitely be back again to book flights in the future .

Jo and Sarah in rustington branch helped me to find a suitable holiday for myself and my daughters . They listened to our brief and provided knowledge of hotels and areas … resulting in a holiday to Menorca to make more memories. Friendly and knowledgable .
