We would like to send a huge thank you to Hays Redditch branch manager Hayley Hughes for making our recent P and O transatlantic cruise booking so easy. Hayley arranged absolutely everything for us and we couldn’t be happier with our package and cabin/deck. The customer service received from Hayley was as always top notch. Niamh, the girl who helped us was very patient, kind and understanding of our needs. She booked us a wonderful holiday which we are looking forward to. At times unfortunately the background noise in the shop made it difficult for us to hear but Niamh was very patient and repeated things when necessary.

Our booking and documentation was easily and swiftly made. The only delay was waiting for a reply from Central Team about a hotel query.
Our Advisor was efficient and had a good sense of humour . She was able to share experiences too.
