I’ve used Hays travel a few times now they are extremely helpful always make me feel at ease they find the perfect holiday every time always willing to help

The booking and payment process was very efficient. The staff member was extremely helpful, informative and approachable.

With people looking more online for better holiday deals its tough for High Street Travel Agents to keep competitive.

However I was very surprised on how the agent was happy to try and machine out online cost.

Not only did they listen and search for the best deal they managed to add two extra days asn also include transfers.

We paid a bit more than the online price but it was well worth it, is taking less than £200 pounds more and for the service we got it wal well worth it.

The agent listened to what we wanted, they gave us many options as possible within out budget and made sure we where happy before we booked.

Very happy with the service, no pressure selling at all.

Great that we still have travel agents in the highstreer. I will definitely be using you again for my next holiday in the future.
