We were extremely happy with the service we received. Our member of staff couldn't have been more helpful. Very professional, thorough and time wasn't a problem. We booked a holiday and a 2 week cruise. I would definitely recommend the Preston branch if you want your holiday to go swimmingly. Hats off to them all.

Was given a quote re Alfa holiday £400, went to pay deposit yesterday, was then informed it different price. Deposit £50. Holiday now 499 not 400. Not professional from Alfa

We knew what facilities we required, we knew our budget, and the time of day we wanted to fly,
We knew where we didn't want to go, but not where we wanted to go. Miya made the whole process painless and relaxed, provided us with options based on our requirements and budget. We weren't rushed, and we went home and made our decision, returning to store to complete the booking. The whole process was relaxed, and we felt like the most important customers she had dealt with. Every member of staff smiled and those not dealing with their own important customers greated us with a cheerfully.

First time using Hays Travel
We called in having seen an offer at another Hays branch to enquire about a holiday to Thailand - Molly was very attentive and although there was an initial problem contacting the agents to complete the booking she was able to very quickly get back to us with an alternative date that suited our needs so we were very happy with the service we received when it came to booking the trip we would certainly use them again when it comes to arranging a long haul multi site holiday
