Once again the high Street store at Prestatyn was warm and welcoming and Joanne couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. Our holiday for 2027 is now all booked and we can relax knowing everything is taken care of to ensure a wonderful holiday!

Called into Hays branch in Prestatyn to enquire about a cruise we had seen advertised. Staff were very helpful, answered all of our questions and we booked the cruise there and then.
