What fantastic service.

Booked a last min holiday on thurs travel on sat with you're Prescot branch , and again 5 star service, Dawn yet again sorted it all, with a stress free service, will continue to use Hays as long as you have Dawn Brown, nothing is to much trouble .I have to say a massive asset to your company.

Booked several holidays with Hays
Booked several holidays with Hays. A big thankyou to everyone in the Prescot branch, we weren’t able to go on one of the holidays last year due to medical reasons, Shauny did everything she could to help us get it resolved. She took the worry away and sorted our new holiday and was able to get the amendment fee lowered. At what was a very upsetting time for us as a family, she was a great help. Thankyou to everyone in Prescot. We are now looking forward to our holiday this year :-) x

The staff are excellent
The staff are excellent. Always excellent customer service. Drinks were offered. Always take time to go through what we want and offer opinions on what we have been requesting, usually a better offer.
Thank you to everyone whether its in shop or on the phone.
