Hays Travel - Poole Anmeldelser 

This was the fourth time we've booked a cruise through Hays Travel in Poole and as usual they were very polite, helpful and efficient. We could've saved a few £ by going to one of the discount cruise websites, but you don't get the personal touch, chance to fully discuss the options etc., so we prefer to pay the little extra to ensure we get what we want.

I was seen straight away, greeted with a friendly smile and tone. Asked what I was looking for and within 20 mins…holiday booked

Very helpful. Tried various companys that may have availability. Met our requirements. Gave us all information relevant to the holiday.

George the members of staff at Hays travel who I dealt with was brilliant even though I kept changing my mind and dates,even when I left and came back he was great picked where we left off and got the booking sorted!

Very welcoming when we walked into the shop, the chap that spoke to us was excellent very helpful and trustworthy and went above and beyond. We ended up booking two holidays.😂

As always we come to Hays specifically to see Julie, whom we have dealt with for many years. She is brilliant, professional but friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with everything.

My advisor was Tom, nice guy with a pleasant manner and most knowledgeable about menorca. both flights and hotac sorted in minutes. excellent service as usual

I was most impressed with Lydia who handled the booking on my behalf. She was very polite and efficient and l thought had an excellent phone manner when speaking to the Inghams representative during our discussions. All in all she did an excellent job.

Although I live miles from this branch it was recommended by family and I've used them twice now - friendly and helpful. Had one very successful trip last year and just booked my next and hoping for similar. I have rarely used a travel agent in the past preferring to do my own thing but for long haul with a complex itinerary it seems wise.
