Very welcoming polite staff always especially Jane she is the jewel in the crown but all the staff are second to none. We are always satisfied even when things go wrong.

Distractions from assistant whilst attending to my booking
Overall a helpful attitude from staff. However they were so busy they had to deal with other issues whilst dealing with my booking. This was very distracting and may be the reason not all of my details weren’t put into the system. This made an issue when I tried to access my account via the app. I also didn’t get a documented itemised booking with payment for taxi transfer, request for twin room and booking of seats on the aircraft.
However they help to access the app was sorted easily. When I telephoned the agent, this information was all verbally confirmed. They would try to send me this information via email. If this was not successful it would all be in writing when I sorted my boarding pass etc.
I can’t help feeling that if the lady who took my booking wasn’t doing other jobs as well as my booking this may have been avoided.
