I decided to go to Spain for along weekend with my son .I rang the store and spoke to Steve on long row in Nottingham. Steve is very helpful and always goes above and beyond. He got my hotel and flights and the date I wanted to go .He aways as everything ready for us. Gets back to my calls. We booked in sept last year. He suggested good hotels and places for me.Helped me in the past. Very efficient and organised.

Hays Travel - Nottingham City Center branch - are head and shoulders above other travel agents in the area; you are even offered a coffee. They treat you like friends not just customers, Thanks Cliff and Alan - see you again soon.

Service was great from start to finnish

We saw a great deal in the window, one of those "too good to be true" went in, exactly as says (this isn't alway the case with travel agents!) and booked. The staff are extremely helpful. We will definitely book with Hays again.

Saw a holiday in the window however not the right date for me to travel however found another holiday . Friendly and helpful staff.
The only downside was when I got home I went on the Jet2 Web site to show my partner the hotel only to find that they were offering £100 off the same holiday this wasn't offered at the travel agency which I wasnt too pleased about and to make it worse Jet2 was taking £100 pp off the following day. Looks like you only get this discount when you book on line and isn't passed onto the agency.
