I adore Hays travel. I love the fact I can go in the shop and talk face to face with the staff. The staff is absolutely so helpful, friendly and they take care of everything for us, keeping us stressed free.

We popped into the Norwich Tesco Blueboar branch and we were looked after by Travel expert Kerry she wipped through many different screens and destinations amd finally came up with one within our budget and criteria we set so we were very happy with that lady

This time it was Emma that secured our holiday for us. As with our previous dealings with other members of the team, Emma was friendly, professional and answered all our questions. She found the holiday that we wanted quickly and her efficiency made the booking process very pleasant.

We were made to feel welcome and the gentleman we saw was very friendly and helpful, suggested dates and he knew the school holidays which we were keen to avoid, it was not stressful we had a laugh with him, we found it a pleasure as it was out of city centre location we just happened to mention the holiday was a treat for my husband as he celebrate his 70th birthday later this year and he said he would put it down on our booking 10 out of 10 we will use this location again.

Phoned first to ask if they could look and print out the holiday i was looking at. When I got to the shop, the young lady had it printed out. She checked on matching the price. I booked the holiday, and was out in about 15 min.

We booked a family holiday to Mexico and Mia was great at booking it! The travel money lady Abbie was so informative and great at ordering our Mexican Pesos and US Dollars. She also put the App onto our phones! Would go again
