Competitive pricing for a holiday to Japan but most of all Nicolas patience in pulling together our travel itinerary was much to be admired in justifying 5 star rating. I made more than enough requests and changes but nothing was a problem in revising the itinerary, and I’ve got, what I hope will be, a terrific holiday booked.

Nicola was amazing listened to what we wanted and found the best hotel to meet our requirements 100% recommend 👌

I was unsure where I wanted to go for New Year and messaged Nicola for advice. She listened to what I wanted out of the holiday and then sent suggestions. She asked about my budget and what was important to me. She also emailed the hotel directly for assistance with my child’s medical requirements. As always a very personal service and follow up.
