(Let down)Being charged £48.00 going 27,3,26 and…
Being charged £48.00 going 27,3,26 and £65.00 coming back 30,3,26. I have used suitcase before on easyjet flights and there's never been a problem. 2 easyjet holidays last year. I have another 4 easyjet holidays booked but if the £113. 00 isn't refunded back into my bank account then I will book holidays elsewhere.
Great holiday but for this poor decision.
Hays travel staff been great but this issue with easyjet been poor decision to make extra money. I could have changed suitcase if there was a problem but I wasn't tolded until I was getting on the plane . I was at the airport before 4am fight not until 6am. I parked car with park & fly and could've switch suitcase with backpack that I had in my other medium size suitcase. Very poor and let down.

There was no added pressure to book.
Lynn having knowledge because she had personal experience of the ship and cruise i booked. Lynn could discuss cabins, activities, dress code, flights and as a first time cruiser this information was specific to my needs and gave clarity.
