I.booked my 1st cruise last uear 2025, with Amy Logan, Hays travel, Abbeycentre, Northern Ireland. I found her to be helpful in telling me about to enjoy my 1st cruise with MSC Cruise line. And therefore, I went back to see Amy again, to book my 2nd cruise departing wednesday 17 June 2026. Again, Amy was very helpful and proffesional at her job.

Friendly efficient service
No waiting to see someone. Laura was very helpful our booking was quickly made. We have booked all our holidays with Hay's at Newtownabbey and have never been disappointed with their service.

TOP CLASS EXPERIENCE
FROM THE MOMENT WE STEPPED INSIDE THE STORE CAROLYNN MADE US FEEL WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS THERE. WE EXPLAINED WHAT OUR REQUIREMENTS WERE AND WITHIN 10 MINUTES SHE HAD PROVIDED US WITH 2 OPTIONS TO LOOK AT. HER ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS 1ST CLASS. WE WERE BACK NEXT MORNING TO CONFIRM. BEST OF ALL IS WE PAID AND THAT IS ALL WE HAVE TO DO. CAROLYNN ASSURED US THAT SHE WILL COMPLETE ALL THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK FOR US. AN ABSOLUTE STAR.
