Cancellation and rebookjng
We had to cancel our long awaited trip to Thailand due to problems transmitting through Abu . We were treated with amazing customer service from Lanlana,Andrew the Manager and Kerry in booking a new destination at short notice. Brilliant experience
Andy who made the booking was great. Really friendly and listened to all our requests and gave us lots of options. He also gave us lots of advice on taking the baby on the trip
