Hays Travel - New Milton Anmeldelser 

We books online but the follow up was not as helpful as we wanted . So went in to New Milton branch!
Wow! I was helped with the documents, the check in and booking the car parking at Bournemouth.
Fantastic and a great relief

The girl we were dealing with was very professional but we found another colleague kept interrupting and we felt we couldn't concentrate of where we wanted to go ,also we are a happy couple who was making light of situation with the girl we were dealing with and the other colleague was being very stern, we will not be going back to new milton office after this holiday and will deal with Christchurch which we have before ,it's just that they were so busy that we decided to go to new milton , as I said girl we were dealing with was lovely ,named Charlotte, just didn't find it useful that her colleague was there and quite abrupt

Booking a cruise the staff were so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Although they were very busy we did not feel rushed. Cannot fault the whole experience

Kerry the assistant manager was welcoming and friendly and put us at ease. Kerry is very knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for within our budget.

Chris was really helpful & patient while booking our holiday for us.

As an older couple we much prefer Hayes travel to help us, rather than go onto the Internet ourselves. Sarah helped us as she has done before, and was just as pleasant to deal with. We wanted to go on a cruise. Sarah booked it and gave us a few options. We are very pleased with the service and hopefully will be booking another trip next year.
