Natalie was very helpful in finding flights and accommodation for our 2 centre trip to Canada. She looked at alternative routes for us and came back with information in a timely manner. She is friendly and approachable and very helpful

Excellent informative friendly staff enabling easy confident booking
We went in to enquire about a cruise which we had looked at in the brochure and not having cruised before needed information and advice We were not disappointed as your excellent informative friendly staff (we were attended today by Robyn Wendell) was able to advise us taking us through all the details and guiding us when we asked. We hadn’t intended to book that morning however we were confident we had all the appropriate information so did actually book the cruise. The staff at the Morpeth branch of Hays are all excellent and are an asset to the company.
