The lady who dealt with me called Chloe was absolutely brilliant as I’m going on holiday for the first time with my two younger children. She was so helpful so reassuring she had excellent customer service. Will be happy to recommend Hayes to family and friends

Fantastic customer service
From walking into the office service was excellent. No hard sell just listened to what we wanted and delivered. Few queries on phone later were dealt with just as well. Would definitely book again with Hayes.

Found a holiday. Bit more than we wanted to pay. Had to be price matched to Easyjet. Some extra choice of affordable holidays would be nice
