Very knowledgeable. Very helpful and ensured I had EXACTLY what I wanted. Offered several options but allowed me to make the final choices. Gave really useful tips and advice about the type of trip I was booking. I've already recommended her to several friends.

Totally easyand friendly from start to finish as usual .i dealt with Laura in the mold branch this time but it .doesnt matterwho you speak to you get the same friendly service ,Emma,Debbie,Laura all so patient and attentive and listen to what you want and not what they want to sell .
