Excellent throughout our whole experience of booking. We found a holiday online and Bronte, the sales rep found exactly what we'd asked for, matched the price and even tried the code we had been given online for more discount - it worked so an extra £60 off! Bronte was helpful, informative, chatty and laughed with us - overall brilliant! She printed all information, explained when we had to pay the balance etc, will call for us to go and check in, they'll print boarding passes. We booked everything there and then - hotel, flights, seats, parking, insurance. Excellent service - highly recommend. Keep up the good work and thank you for making things easy😊

So easy to deal with. Informative, professional and personable. I did not feel uncomfortable with any of my requests ie asking for hard copies of bookings. It felt a very personal transaction.

I was looking for a last minute holiday…
I was looking for a last minute holiday for myself and my daughter for her 18th birthday. After a quick call stating what I was looking for a fantastic deal was emailed to me and I booked the next day. The lady that helped me find our holiday was fantastic and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend to friends and family and I will certainly use them again.

Only bad thing is the systems were so slow and kept faulting which added to the time we were there!!!
