Penelope took the time to explain all the aspect of the area and hotel we wanted to go to,, she spent a considerable amount of time getting the best price and travell times the we booked,, only to find I had picked the wrong hotel,, without hesitation Penelope cancelled everything and started from scratch then We re booked nothing was a problem,,, We highly recommend this branch of Hays Travel and highly recommend Penelope…

Hassle free holiday booking
Made it a very easy experience booked our holiday over the phone and had confirmation email in short space of time. Andrew is also printing off the paperwork for us to collect from the store, very helpful. Thank you.

Great Experience
Richard was extremely helpful and I found the booking experience really easy. He took the time to explain everything in detail and even wrote a few notes down for me so I wouldn’t foget once I had got home.
