He was very knowledgable, provided excellent advice and found us the best deal on an amazing, luxury holiday to Jamaica. Markus explained everything in comprehensive detail and made it such a smooth process from start to finish. Markus sorted everything for us within a matter of minutes, he was very friendly and just as excited as we were when we booked the holiday.
