We thought that we would take our first (Norwegian) cruise this year but as newbies we thought it would be wise to seek some expert advice from Hays Travel and help guide us through the booking process. We were dealt with by Travel Consultant Vicki who was excellent and very knowledgeable and flagged up the pros and cons of the various options. Based on our experience we would highly recommend Hays Travel.

My lady Nikki who was dealing with me was busy so Lauren booked my holiday and she was very friendly and went through it with me

Was recommended hayes travel and used them over Christmas and everything was perfect. So used them again. Niki our agent went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal and also everything that we wanted for our holiday. Also another colleague unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she also come over to help find a location in the perfect position for us to get the most out of our holiday. We are extremely impressed and they have customers for life
