Emily is especially very helpful , including entertaining my grandchildren last year while i booked my holiday to Kos
This year she has helped me get the best flights to Greece and also plan a holiday to Australia next year
For will also be booking a trip to benidorm through her too later on in the year!

The girls that work in the travel agents are so nice ,your made so welcome, poppy who tuck my booking was so lovely,they were very helpful that's why I always go to them to book a holiday.

The staff are incredibly helpful
The staff are incredibly helpful. They offered advice and places to see, which areas are good and made sure we had everything we needed for our holiday. We have booked our holidays with hays for the past 2 years and will continue to go with them because they are very helpful and friendly.
