Lucy has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. So much so that we booked again with Lucy while we was away. Our flight got cancelled on Wednesday night and Lucy stayed in touch until gone midnight and is still in touch with us making sure we are ok. Absolutely amazing experience booking my holiday with Lucy. She was so friendly and helpful, seen the deal on her Facebook page and messaged for more details. Been going to Lucy for a few years now and she never disappoints me she’s really really helpful. I ask her what I’m looking for and she always delivers. I’ve had some great holidays booking through Lucy and I will continue to go to Lucy. She is an asset to the group Never met Lucy in person just over the phone and I feel that we have become friends.
