On a work level this is our 2nd time booking through lisa- we are travelling with 2 gents with learning disabilities and lisa has gone above and beyond in making sure we had the best experience ever nothing was too much trouble . Lovely lovely lady x

Lisa is amazing, I asked her to look for a holiday for 4 nights and gave her a budget of what we could afford. As usual Lisa came up with an amazing hotel in Lanzarote, she knows what we like. Can't thank Lisa enough for her help and expertise, she is my go to to book our holidays always ❤️

Lisa was amazing
The speed that my enquiry was replied to. Also I wasn't treated like a new customer, I was treated like I've always used the company which I really like and was made to feel like any question, whether big or small was absolutely fine to ask. Even on a Sunday before I was due to go away I was having a problem and she wasn’t working, Lisa sorted a minor issue immediately.
