Fantastic service from Hannah. We usually deal with Dawn but in her absence Hannah was able to deal with our requests very ably; calmly and confidently.

The company is doing extremely well
The company is doing extremely well, when I decide to on holiday, I like to do face to face booking rather than on the website, I also like their recommendations aswell to where they have been. I will keep going to Hays travel to book holidays as their service is very good.

Perfect from start to finish on day off…
Perfect from start to finish on day off booking our holiday went in on Saturday flew on Monday everything was done in the shop to make our holiday a smooth and pleasent experience

THe staff
THe staff, Dawn was polite, courteous, helpful and patient, nothing was too much for her. We were guided through the booking dealing with questions we that we would not have thought of.
It was a wonderful experience it was a pleasure not a chore and we will definitely use Hay's again. The service was outstanding.

We had to wait for about 10 minutes as…
We had to wait for about 10 minutes as the girls were with someone. The girl who was behind to exchange came out to ask if we would like a drink while we waited as 1 staff was on lunch. We knew which hotel we wanted and roughly when we wanted to go. The young girl who saw to us was great. She got us good flight times and the best date. Highly recommend Hays Travel

From the moment I walked in the store in Leigh I was very impressed with how helpful Hannah and Dawn were in helping me find a suitable holiday. Hanna went above and beyond what I was expecting so I am happy to say that my future holiday requirements will certainly involve the assistance of Hannah and Dawn
